1966 chevelle malibu currently 283/350 buckets factory 4 spd car with console drum brakes needs some body work someon screwed up a 1/4 panel replacement some rust heres the id tag I dont know where to look up the codes can anyone decode these???

Next is a rust free body very nice with vin and registration I was thinking of putting the rust free body on the car but dont know which one is more valuable I also have a fresh ZZ4 crate motor for it with fast burn heads and a 5 spd trans with hyd clutch please someone let me know what its all worth. THANKS
