What's needed to get the Cowl outer door functioning

I'm looking to get a cowl hood for my '72, I don't care about the inner door at all as I'm just looking to get clearance for a small blower. Is this all I need to get the outer door working? Also where does the vacuum line get connected for it to function properly.

I assume you mean cowl induction hood. It really doesn't work all that well. Mine ralely opens up on hard acceleration, unlike the one shown in the video in one of the posts. The vacuum line hooks up to the intake manifold, same place the brake booster and transmission vacuum line go to if you have an automatic. You may have to buy a new fitting that allows for the extra line.
