What wheels are these on my 69 chevelle

Hey everyone. I'll rephrase the title by saying this isn't my car, its my fathers. Right now he has 225 tires all around, and they just don't suffice for traction. I was thinking of replacing the rear two rims with wider ones (your suggestions for width are appreciated) but do not know the brand of his rims.

They seem to be fairly popular, as i've seen them on other chevelles but never had the chance to ask.

Do these look like a match? Other then the center cap, it appears to be the same.

I'm looking to run a much wider tire, but do not want to roll my fender. Is this possible with a 10" rim, and if so what size tire do you guys think

is a 5" backspacing good for these rims? I'm not a wheel expert by any means so help is appreciated
