I debated posting this since I'm a search engine person, but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for.
I want the sound of headers and stock mufflers. I like hearing just the ticking of the headers...especially with a cam. Sounds like somethings hiding under the hood.
What brand of stock mufflers are there? My system is 2.5" diameter.
Also, how much HP would be lost by going to stock muffs from super turbos? The engine is a 383, 415hp and 435tq. Cam duration is small, but is on a 107 centerline so it should have a slight lope.
