First, I would like to thank everyone who helped me in a earlier post.
I want to upgrade my current chrome alternator to a higher amp one.
I want to stay with a chrome one and stay with the external voltage regulator.
My questions are:
1. What are the advantages/disadvantages of buying a high output alternator, say a 135 amp one ?
2. If I decide to get a 135 amp one, is it an overkill ? I am running normal lights, radio, etc and have an electric auxillary radiator fan, an MSD electronic ignition, electric fuel pump and a small amp for my stereo.
