what plugs should i run and what gap should they be at? I have a 327 w/ rpm airgap, stock heads, Hooker comp headers, 650 speed demon, pro-billet distrib, blaster 2 coil, and MSD 6A box. I think the stock compression is like 10.5:1 . any ideas?

I have always heard that widening the plug gap has a similar effect to running a hotter plug (air/fuel mix lights off faster, but more prone to detonation).

Your MSD ignition can probably handle a pretty wide gap, but if you are running that much compression (10.5:1) you might ought to stick with a stock gap (around .035 I think).

You might want to start w/ stock heat range / gap and try widening the gap and watch for detonation.
