Junk yard parts that will fit are hard to find. Moser has economy disc brake kits.
what parts to convert 9 inch to disc
I have a QTP 9 inch rear with drum brakes. I am looking into converting to rear disc brakes. What parts do I need, and is there a way to put OEM parts on it to keep costs down? I Dont need a baer brake setup or anything crazy, its only a 10 second car.
It looks like QTP has kits for $320+ but is there a way of putting together a setup out of a junkyard cheaper?

I used Lincoln Mark 5 brakes on mine, but they are heavy. They have 11 inch rotors that I had to drill for the correct bolt pattern. These use to be everywhere, but they are kind of hard to find now.
