What is the correct air cleaner element for 67 Chevelle 325HP

I hope this one will be quick! It's about 15 years since I replaced my air cleaner element and for the life of me all I can find is open element replacements. I just took mine out (snorkel air cleaner) - (after 15 years of never touching it - YIKES). The actual filter measures 13-7/8 outside diameter and 3" high. I'm seeing that AC A212CW might be correct...

Anyway, a recommendation of what to buy would be appreciated.
