Have a 67 chevelle.71 454 and auto(not sure if 350 or 400).Floor pans,trunk and frame are very solid.Needs quarters(could get away with patch panel on driver's side)Usual leak around rear window.SS hood,buckets(no console)Interior all there,needs to be redone.Car ran fine,was in the process of pulling motor to clean and repaint when my Father became ill and passed.Good car for restore.

Sorry to hear about your dad,that is never easy to deal with.

Hard to put a number on this without more info.Is the rest of the body straight with minimum rust?Chrome all need to be re-done?Trim?Glass?

Don't mean to low-ball you but based on your information,I'd personally put it in the $12-$15K range.
