The previous owner of my 84 El Camino Blew some fuses trying to put a new stereo in it. The interior lights (dome) do not work and the light under the hood no longer does, what fuses do i need to replace? PS If anyone has a diagram of a 305 V8 engine they can send me over the internet, or knows where a free one is... Please let me know!

Sure it's a fuse problem? Don't have a schematic but maybe check a couple of things. In the 80s Buick and Olds wired the under hood light a little different. They wired power off the headlight switch. Could be that Chevy did the same. If you don't see power on the under hood light wire, try turning on the headlights. Need to measure or check the wire itself. Remember that the light socket is also a switch. It's possible that the socket is bad.
On the dome lights, have you tried turning them on from the head light switch? Do they work there? Have you measured power at the dome light with a meter? Is there 12 volts to ground? Cigarette lighter work?
