I think your post is in the wrong forum.:D:D
I'm with John, not a fan of any wheel over 16" on a Chevelle, especially ones with narrow spokes and large gaps. But then we're old.:p

I'm 62 and was driving when these cars were brand new. Back then most cars came with 14" rims and we would go to 15" rims and tall tires to fill out the fender wells. I'm with the rest of these guys I like the first set of rims better. If you need a bigger rim to clear your brakes that's a different story. If your satisfied that's all that matters.

With the current stance, I think the first set looks better... dropping it 2 inches all around would make the new wheels look "right" for the car.

15" tires suck. There's no good tires available.

18x9 and 18x10 give you lots of options for fantastic performance tires.

I agree it does need to be lowered, but it does have 4 wheel discs now and not drums. I myself, just cannot get used to these. I'll give it a bit and see if I change my mind. Thanks everyone.

The back ride height seems ok, the front kind of seems about an inch or 2 too high. I to am more of a classic look guy myself, I was just trying to find something no one else had.
