I can't see the W on the tag....which I find odd. I'd be sure to take a great photo of that if I was the seller.

There is an ACES sticker in one of the photos. Any chance one of "us" owned/owns this car?

I like the color combo and think the car looks sharp.

It shows the listing ended unsold, but in the ad it does show the VIN with a W in 5th spot which would be a 454 car and it would have to be a Super Sport at that point, build sheet or not. The issue I have is the guy doesn't take a photo of the VIN plate itself which is bothersome.

The vin that Dean posted is for the car that eBay now shows since the W car auction ended. Kind of like our Recommended Reading below. Just makes things confusing. You can still click on the original listing to see the W car.

I looked at the original listing when it was still available, and thought it was a pretty nice lookin' car.

And the seller seemed honest enough not trying to pass it off as number matching or anything, just that it was an original "W" code car. I was going to ask the seller for a picture of the VIN tag, but since it's now no longer listed, I'm not going to bother...

When I click the link in the first post I get a yellow chevelle with the vin I posted, unsold for 38,500.

I dont see the ad that dean posted anywhere.

It may have to do with being logged in to ebay?

Idk.

Little confused, why did you put the wrong vin here?
That's the VIN that was in the ad that day.
I copied and pasted it.

I see now.
They had the descriptions of two cars mixed up and link taking me to the wrong car's description page.
The ads are correct now
