Had an awesome day, busted out the Chevelle SS clone and went my way down the highway. Runnin strong and getting the eye off 3 different cops today, one gave me the thumbs up!
Tonight, my wife hit the sack early and I'm enjoying the peace (haha) and remembering my last tripto Maui. Lost 13 pounds there in 11 days, snorkeling and swimming with turtles 10 hours a day. Couldn't leave it alone. So beautiful there.

Tonight? A nice bottle of wine and Hawaiian music on Pandora. Typed in "hapa" on Pandora, how groovy it izzz. Love that Hawaiian "slack key" guitar.:beers:

well they say It might hit 50 today. I am so tired of the cold. But did get my engine running. First start up on my rebuilt big block and got the car to go in gear last night. Open headers for now. Wow is it loud I forgot how loud open headers in a garage are. My neighbors are going to hate me. Good thing I am off a loud street.

Yesterday was the last day of 90 degree weather, today will be a 71 with clouds. Taken the Chevelle for a cruise about 35 miles to a fellow TC member and his 70 SS 454. Do some bench racing and comparing, checking newly added parts, etc....beer

well today Saturday 4-2-2011 will be the first of three shows this year that I will work. So the SS has to stay home as she does not haul a 5ft table, sound system, etc very well.
at 4 pm the Fuddruckers Old Car Drop-in will get started. I will be making announcements and playing some music for the owners who bring their rides to our event. expecting about100 entries for the 6 trophies being awarded. Next Saturday will be the first of the 9 cruise-in that the club does. My SS will be at this event if it's not raining.
well gotta start getting things together for this afternoon

Suppose to be semi decent here this weekend. The first weekend in April is usually when I change the oil and service all the old cars. I guess I should get motivated since it's already 11 AM. I also have to go pick up some parts for the convertible.
