guy we know got a 72 4 door posted on craigslist. I went and grabbed the front bumper for the elcamino (will have a free bumper next week for local pickup). Cool thing about the stripping a car. you dont really know what you need until you get to looking at the car. So Im sitting there looking at the car and realize the whole AC system is there. My 71 has the box, so I grabbed everything including a spare box. Ive been thinking of putting a auto brake pedal back in the car, so the last thing I grabbed was the brake pedal assy. Too bad these cars dont come up for sale too often. jim

actually the core support and top tie bar was the only thing left on the front. the hood latch was already gone, and thats where the horn would have been, But after the bumper came off, it made yanking the condenser real easy, since someone already unbolted it, I just unhooked the hoses and it came right out. jim

motor, tranny, front seat, rear end, and control arms. front control arms, inner fenderwells, grill, hood. basically the firewall back is still there, frame, sweep dash, column, harness, ps box and the 4 doors. Its a shame too. This thing has absolutely solid trunk and floors. jim
