Have a blower Weiand 671 on for a few years, now the belt seems to move front and hits electric fan motor and wiring is there a way to align this to keep it tracking straight or what should be replaced

Push/pull on the blower pulley and see what play it'd got.
I'd check with the belt off.

I would think that the belt tensioner would keep the belt straight. Do you have a pic of what you are talking about?

The belt tensioner keeps the belt inline. How lose are you running the belt? and is the belt the same size as the tensioner pulley? Post up a pic if you can

Check your idler pulley to be sure the bearings aren't going bad. There shouldn't be any play in it, front to back or side to side.
