So proud of my Bruins!! They played so well across the board, tenacious fore checking, always coming back to pick up the trailer, winning the small battles, beating them to the puck, neutral zone 'trap', FINALLY scoring on the power play (after 30 attempts, LOL), all the little things, AND, two words, TIM THOMAS. They didn't let Philly breathe. It's always been said, no matter how well you play, you will NEVER get to the Cup without a hot netminder. Let's hope they play as well against Marty St. Louis, Vinnie Lacaveur, and the boys.

I was just happy Washington aka: the chokers, and Philly were both knocked out of the playoffs. Should be a good series coming up

On a side note...cant wait to see Boston's Zdeno Chara (6' 8'' Defenseman) going up against TB's Martin St. Louis (5' 7" Winger). Its like David and Goliath!

Actually Chara is 6' 9".:yes: He got an elbowing penalty against Philly and his elbows were literally at his waist but they still went into the other players head!
