Any tips on how to remove damaged/rusted water inlet nipple(s) from intake manifold. Onee came out with relative ease, but the other does not want to budge. Ant help is appreciated... Patrick

A little heat from a propane torch might loosen it up. This depends, of course, if there any open fuel lines in the area. Heat the fitting and let it cool. If this an aluminum manifold, be extra careful. Don't attempt to remove the fitting until the surrounding area has cooled.

Thanks Randy...
No worries with open fuel lines, as the intake is on the bench. I'll try the propane torch this evening. Patrick
