God I hope not, it's bad enough listening to one of them talk for a few hours every week. :sad:
I hope NAPA drops him, only because I like NAPA. I could care less what Toyota does.
According to the commercials, Mikey can't even win a parade.
I thought I was the only one who can't stand listening to Daryl Waltrip. He drives me up the wall with that boogity, boogity boogity BS. I can't get to the mute button fast enough. He is the goofiest guy on TV. I can't wait till NBC takes over. I'm gonna miss Benny. Waltrip could/should have learned a lot from him.

Mikey is getting more free press and airtime by not doing anything this year than he ever has for actually racing. NAPA is loving it- their driver is an "outlaw" that doesn't play by the rules..
personally, i think Toyota is making the teams kind of lay back for a while until the whole "get the Jap cars out of NASCAR" thing dies down. or maybe at least doing crappy until NASCAR let's them have some sort of aero advantage or something. it worked for Dodge- they got their new nose. it's worked for Ford in the past with the shape of the Taurus bodies when they first came out..
it's all part of their strategery.

I cant get excited over toyota in nascar either but if you look at the effort that they put into the truck series and the result we better be ready nascar will give them the world to create an even playing feild.whats next hyundai and saturn teams might as well call it NOPICAR JUST MY 2CENTS

why not Saturn? they are an American company. and all those Chevs out there could use a corporate cousin out on the track.
Car of tomorrow my azz. That's the last straw. I can't take this micro-managed, motorized WWF any more. I've watched my last race. I was always more of a Dale Earnhardt fan then a Nascar fan anyway so it's no big loss.

Actually, I kinda like the Car of Tomorrow. They look neat compared to the wedge they have now.
AS far as Mikey and the Toyotas, I think Greg Biffle has taken it upon himself to eliminate them all from every race. At least Bliffle won't be able to wreck Reutimann THIS week!

Reutimann wrecked himself (and took Biffle and Blaney with him) last week. The back end stepped out on him, and he turned down into Biffle.

LMBO!!!! my wife and I use to PLAN our weekends around the qualifying, races etc.. We read all the stuff went to as many races as possible (I had special access at TMS). IF we had to, we would tape what we wanted to see.
I couldn't tell you what race is tomorrow or where!!!!! All I know is Benny, Darrell and the rest can't say a sentence without talking about Gordon and Johnson.......I prefer to waste my time on MY cars now........and COT is Copy of Toyota

Benny Parsons died a couple months ago from cancer.
It's obviously been quite some time since you have watched a race, this statement of yours couldn't be more wrong.
Anybody else notice how annoying Rusty Wallace is to listen to as well when he does Busch races and his brother Michael or son Steven are in the race? Neither one of the two half assed drivers can do anything wrong in his eyes.
