Vintage air electric cable converter thingy broken n
I bought the sure fit new vintage air for my 66 Malibu. I had already installed the same style in my 65 years ago and liked it.
this car is still apart and with a 66 dash removal is an option so of course with moving the dash around I broke one of the control levers.
I used to race remote control cars back in the day and I rummaged through and was able to fix it instead of buying a new one.

I marked where the movement range would be then tapped a 4-40 thread on the end.

I did have to drill the cup end to mount but it was simple.
