A fellow I know has a 64 convertible with a 6 cylinder, a column shift three speed and a bench seat. He is planning on putting in a 350/TH350 and buckets. The car is very restorable as is, in fact, it is nearly perfect. I wonder if he might be better off leaving it "as is" than modifying it. Are 1964, 6 cyl, 3 speed column shift manual, bench seat convertibles anything special?
