The frame mounts are differant. Easy swap. May need to rig accel linkage and a few tweeks. Exhaust etc.

the car is a 71 and im waiting to hear back from the owner with more info. just thought id get some of my own info to figure out if i wanted to pursue this car or not.

You'll have to lengthen the ignition wires to reach the distributor. Likely, you'll need a bigger radiator.
