Using a non-air harness in an air car

1197 Views 2 Replies 2 Participants Last post by  Harvey
I have a 67 Chevelle with air. I am using a non air dash harness. The difference is that on the non air harness the heater switch wires/plug to the blower motor switch are part of the main harness. In the air harness the ac/heater system has its own harness that plugs into the main harness with just one wire. Is there a wire on the non air harness that I can connect the ac/heater harness to and just leave the blower motor plug on the non air harness unconnected??
Thanks for any help

Harvey, you should be able to remove the brown wire from the non A/C heater switch plug, and the plug it into the short brown jumper wire on the A/C harness heater switch plug. I believe that is all that needs to be done.
