I have a BB in a 69 and only have about 450 miles on the car since the restoration/engine rebuild. I used polygraphite motor mounts, transmission mount, frame to body mounts, and all suspension bushings. The engine was precision balanced before reassembly. I have some vibration although not extreme and wondered if there is a big difference in perceived vibration between standard rubber motor/transmission mounts and the polygraphite/urethane versions. Any input would be appriciated.

The polyurethane mounts will transmit more vibration to the frame than the rubber type. I installed them in my sons car and was asked to remove them and replace with rubber. He did not like them. You might want to drive it some more to get used to the difference before changing back.
