Chevytalk is a great site but they are 2 blocks down the street on the right hand side. There is a second flasher can. The one for the turn signals is under the dash. Since the hazards work probably a good idea to change out the turn signal can and see what happens. You will need the harness plugged back in to make it work properly. Where is it? Up under the dash. Floats around. Somewhere between the top right side of the steering column and the radio. Hard to locate sometimes if it makes no sound. It's on about 10 inches of wire. The wire colors are pink and purple. The purple wire is the same purple wire that comes from the large turn signal connector mounting on the lower upper side of the steering column. Sometimes it ends up on top of the radio. One guy found it hiding inside the insulation on the firewall. Sometimes even if they don't flash they still make a very slight sound if it is real quiet. Sometimes you can feel it trying to work. Good luck.
