I would appreciate information on how this was installed when new on a 67 sport coupe. While inspecting the area by removing the back seat, I found the carboard part was attached on the seat side of the trunk vertical braces under the window. It did not appear to be original. Which side does it mount to and how should it be secured? The same question goes for the insulation material. Thanks

Thanks for the info. The carboard piece that was in the car was cemented at the bottom. Can you provide any additional info as to how the replacement will mount in order to stay in place? Thanks
