Car looks amazing! Must be a blast to drive. I couldn’t get enough of the nervous “okay, OKAY...” from the video![]()
It was a bit of a mile stone to accomplish 600 miles with no mechanical issues.Reminded me a lot of the sound of my car. Great that you put that many miles on it and no issues. Except for the camera operator telling you to slow down![]()
Dan - I just bought the same vent for mine. It comes with a sintered bronze filter that is used at the end after the vent - https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0...struction_VSR_200024_21AUG18.pdf?v=1568301607For your fuel vent tubes, did you just run that one back down through your trunk floor and leave it open? or add a little filter to it so something doesn't gets into it?

yes, just as Jim says.Dan - I just bought the same vent for mine. It comes with a sintered bronze filter that is used at the end after the vent - https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0...struction_VSR_200024_21AUG18.pdf?v=1568301607

Did the TMI seat brackets fit correctly? On my 65 they didn't fit at all and had to cut them all apart and reweld to fit my floor. The driver's side seat was offset over 1" toward the trans tunnel also. Very noticable when setting in the seat. Moved it back to steering wheel centerline.
I do like those without the TMI logo! Wish I had spent the extra $ and deleted it on mine.
Looking forward to getting mine on the dyno this summer, hoping for similiar numbers!
