I'm not sure wich goes first. Do I install the tray and glue the flap down then install the seat back board or board first then glue the flap to the board? Thewre's alot more stuff I'm putting than what I took out and don't have a reference. Any help is appreciated
Thanks Dave

I believe the correct sequence is the seat back board first, and then the flap from the package tray. In my case I chose to buy a roll (about 5 or 6 feet) of 1" wide adhesive Velcro tape and go this route instead of glue. I applied several squares to clean metal and attached the seat back board, then ran a strip all along the top edge where the flap goes. I peeled the backing and laid the flap onto the adhesive. It looked clean and should be removable if I ever need to.

I did this a while ago, and I can't remember that there even was a board in my '69... In any case, the old one was glued directly to the sheet metal, so that's what I did when I installed the new one. That Velcro Idea sounds good though. It was a bit tricky to get the flap nice and even when I glued it, and the Velcro should make it easier to stretch and adjust, if necessary.
