Greetings, Can anyone tell me or point me to links that provide the proper torque amounts for the pressure plate, the bellhousing and the trans bolts?? We're going to pull the trans to replace the TOB, clutch and pressure plate, but aren't quite sure what the "Factory specs" are for tightening this stuff down. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated...

...guess it would help to mention specifics... 66' SS 396, the casting number on the trans is #3885010 and the tailpiece is #3857584CM. The bell housing appears to be a Lakewood # 15000 , and it's equipped with a M21.

The trans bolts are 1/2 13, big narly mothers. I never looked up the torque, just cranked them with a 1/2 inch rachet about 12 inches long. I know that's not the answer you are looking for but it seems to work.

As for the clutch bolts, I use ARP and they have a published torque for their bolts.
