transbrake question please???

when running a transbrake, is there any certain stall that you have to run? what i am trying to say is , i was told that if you run a transbrake you must run at least 4000 stall or more. is this true?. i just bought a b&m 3600 holeshot with the antibaloon plate. this will be behind a 468 on spray, turbo 400, 12 bolt,411, posi, racing axles, in a 69 chevelle. what stall are you guys running>
