I know it is not my Chevelle but thought I would share anyways...So, just when I am getting a hold of this suspension I sheared the Ring and Pinion... I have put Strange 35 spline axles, Strange Spool, put a brace on the rear end and now this happens...That is what I get for using a Chrysler 8 3/4 I guess.

Well my only conclusion is that ISH happens, if you have an all strange rear end, then something just failed.. I'm running a Chevy 7.5 built up with moser axles and Richmond gears, never had a problem with it and I'am running just as fast as you are.. I've also ran 8.2 with no problems in the nines built up the same way.. Good luck with it and look at it as a chance to upgrade..
