Any one know anything about these gapless rings? The theory seems like it would work, but are they durable?

They have a gap. They are really a 2 piece ring. The 2nd ring covers the gap.

The zero gap top rings work very good in race applications, especially a methanol engine.


I think the zero gap 2nd ring is a bad idea.


On anything street or forced induction I do not use them.

I gave up on them, better static leakdown numbers but no more power on the track.
