Forgotten ??? I don't think so. This guy makes so many mistakes describing these movies.have you ever heard of a Mark4 Ram Air Trans Am ?

This group of 10 movies did have 2 movies I never knew of though. 1 from France and 1 from Australia, that one looked good. What do you think of this grouping of some of these famous car chase movies ?
Edit: these are movies the author thinks we have forgotten (not me) There's no way I could forget something that's etched in my o.e.equipped brain. Thanks for listening.

That's a ram Air 4 not a Mark IV. I'm aware of all the Ram Air Pontiac motors except they never used the word "Mark" in any of their ads. Calling it a Mark IV would be mixing Chevy naming with Pontiac's.That's why I called the Author out on that wording.

for the 80's:
1. The last Chase (1981) One race car throughout the entire movie.
2. The Wraith (1986)
3. Cobra. (1986) Not a big car race but an amazing 1950 Mercury Monterey.

Author just repeated what Warren Oates said, "when the 455 came out with a mark iv ram air with a beefed blower in" .... the GTO driver was full of crap and was portrayed as a new car buyer, not a knowledgeable builder.

I never knew that was part of the movie's dialogue,I figured the Author was taking some ''romantic license" with his own dialogue and he didn't know anything about 60's muscle. Thanks for straightening that out for me.

It was likely intentional... Warren Oates character was a blow-hard who just made stuff up to try to impress people
