i removed my entire a/c system a while back but now i am stuck with this big hole in my firewall, and the fan just blows interior air into the engine compartment cuz there is no a/c duct left. do they make an aftermarket part that will duct the heater/a.c. fan back into the car?

the duct for a malibu wich didnt' have a/c to beguin with doesn't bolt on, its a totaly diffrent shape than what i need...

I think you are stuck with using the A/C ducting or making your own. As you found out, it is totally different than non A/C ducting. Perhaps with a piece of aluminum, some tin snips, and some pop rivets you could fab an adapter to use the non A/C ducting.
