Hello everyone!

Two months ago I started to listen a sound from rears wheels.

It is when I turn to the left side. I think that it's a bad bearing but I recently replaced both rear wheel bearing two months ago, I replaced both rear axle too.

I created a post any I said when I remove the cover I will upload a video.

I have removed the cover and you can see the axle end play.

Too much end play? It seems that all are in their place but I would like to remove the knocking sound. Is it possible?

I don't see a C clip, so I'm thinking that's a bolt in axle (with a bearing at the end holding the axle in)?

I'm no expert (I don't know what a ballpark acceptable limit would be), but just visually, that looks like a LOT ofmovement. I'm guessing something went wrong installing that bearing?

What kind of axle is it?

Hey I almost said a prayer for you ! Yes sir it does! And keeps the axles from falling out, which they will anyways if you break one.

Anyway, did you get the right "juice" from Motorcraft, the friction modifier?

Without that modifier, the clutches will grab and "pop" around corners, where they need to slip a little. Gear oil does not contain them, typically.

In my experience it is more of a shudder than a pop, but my factory setup may be different than yours.

PS, make sure those C-lips are entirely in their grooves before you slide that pin back in. Your video demonstration may have jarred them loose. Always ensure they are perfectly seated.
