I have a TH400 that came with my car. Im want a 5 speed, my plans for my chevelle is to have a high HP street/ strip car. Something to have fun in. My car is no where near complete too, so I guess thats a factor. So what do you think Keep it or Sell it?

Here is what I would do, sell the TH400 and apply that money to your 5 speed. It easier to do the conversion with the car all torn apart, plus your not doing things twice. just my 2 cents.

unless your car is driving, you might have a hard time selling the tranny for more than a core price, a tranny really doesnt take up that much room, Id keep it for the next project. I kept a turbo 400 as a spare for 10 years, when I got my chevelle project, that was one less part I had to go and find. Jim
