how hard would it be to get the title for my 71 chevelle. you see its cuz the person i bought it from got the car as a trade 4 labor and he never got the title for the car/or the other guy lost it so how can i get the car titled? in texas

Call the DOT or the court house where you get your plates, they should be able to hook you up with a lost title search.
