hello does anyone know the best way to hold back the flywheel and engine so you can torque down the flywheel thanks

If you place your torque wrench so that the arm swings towards the center of the flywheel, you can do it easily enough with one hand on the wrench and one hand on the flywheel...or one hand on the socket.

Just did my flywheel that way worked perfect. Should use 30w oil or assemble lube on the bolts.

What would the torque be with oil on the bolts The torque wet vs dry is different.

Might also try using a lond 3/8-16 bolt in one of the pressure plate mounting holes.

Thread the bolt in far enough to catch the bottom of the block when turning the flywheel,
and put a piece of rubber hose on the end of it to keep from buggering up the threads.

The bolt should poke thru enough to catch the area around the oil filter if tightening---the starter area if loosening
