Just thought i'd share a good customer service story... i bought wheel well mouldings from ausleys for my 67 last year... i didnt get around to checking them out and installing them until a couple of weeks ago...(last year was a bbc swap) one of the mouldings had some previous damage on them, i figured Ausleys wouldnt believe me and i'd be out the $$$.... i called and it was no questions asked!! they sent me another right away!! No guilt, no giving me a hard time... they just simply believed me! this doesnt happen anymore in retail!!

Anyways, thanks Ausleys, a class act!!

I agree. I love Ausley's. I just wish Ausley's had the same level of marketing as that awful OPGI, so more people would send their hard earned money to a company that actually comes through and deserves more business.

Ausleys is a top shelf company when it comes to quality products,price,service.I have spent $1000.00's over the years with them on my 68'and 70' during the rebuilds.If there was an issue,they took care of it promptly.IMHO,good "old fashion" way of doing business is rare these days when it comes to your dollars spent.Roger Ausley (owner) understands this and has and will do well by this method.:yes:

I had a bad experience with em, plus they seem to take about 2 days longer to ship than Ground Up.

I ordered assembled rear door panels, and in 4 days i get them. They all look good, so i put em on. about 2 days later on, i get a package from Ausleys. I'm like... huh? i didn't order anything else...

Rear door panels. They charged twice, and sent me 2 sets. Then i had to jump through hoops to get them to take them back, get the UPS receipt proving i had returned them, and had to monitor my account to ensure they put it back.
