I dig that truck so much. I grew up around things like this, you built what you had. My 72 Cheyenne super was as hot rodded as I could make it. Still have but not too much left to rebuild. It was pretty ugly when I got it 20 yrs ago.

I like how the topper door flaps several times.

reminds me of the NASA guy who autocrosses the truck he uses to run the cones l:)

what's funnier is he's actually beaten me on occasion l:)

The "personal drama" technique is a weak and contrived writing device which transforms these programs into flat, predictable b-grade melodramas. This style is typical of a formulaic hack writer's work. It is selected because it is cheap, fast and requires no particular talent to contrive. It is the "Bondo and boobs" approach to screenwriting. Such work deliberately appeals to a low brow audience of limited education and culture.

If you feel yourself instinctively recoiling at this kind of work, congratulations! That means you have some modicum of literary and dramatic taste.

It's called the FarmTruck it has a 502 in it that runs nitrous. The truck is on the show "Street Outlaws". Before a race they normally go fishing for something else to run on the street and normally clean up.

seen it on the street outlaws show.
typical of the shows lately.
illegal scripted drama, like pinks on non sanctioned strips/roads in your area.
this truck looks like it would get away from most drivers, very hard to keep straight :(

Saw the show, it's too ridiculous to watch, but love that truck.

On the episode I saw they installed a new 4L-80 trans into it in place of the TH-400 they'd had and were saying how they were going to beat everyone for sure now cause they had overdrive!

Really?

What? Overdrive isn't needed at the strip?

I tried watching it but after a few minutes just lost interest due to the ridiculous fake attempts to lure guys into racing.
