I've had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Shannon Poole this week. He brought up his 632 BBC that is going the Chevelle for some work. So he shows up with a Chief Headed all aluminum 632 and 60#'s of Crawfish....ALIVE...to cook...Now the man had been on the road for 9.5 hours and then broke out his Crawfish Cooker and cooked for the entire staff of Straub Tech last night. Mr. Poole is truly a class act....with one badass Chevelle....
