Here's a pic I had my buudy take of me and the chevelle just before I loaded it up onto their trailer.

Here it is,almost all strapped down

And there it goes........

Good thing is,it'll only be 15 miles away, the guy that bought it is a friend of one of my friends, and we'll be staying in touch. The new owner even said when it's all done and he has it out on the street that I can take it for a spin:hurray:
Now to find something else:disco:

Looked like a good car why did you sell it?
It was an awesome car, super clean and everything new,but I had my reasons.
1.No time to finish it up
2.Want to go back to a 10" tire car
3.I'd would only sell if I got what I wanted,which I did.

Why a 10" tire car? You want something more stock instead of drag look? Im just curious. I think it looks great, I have the same wheels, wish I could fit a meat in the back like that.

I still want a fast car,I just got tired of the tubbed cars,and it's kind of a pain to get them inspected for me.I have a place,but it's 15 miles from me,and I don't have a trailer.
I think if you can make any given car fast, and it has a "small" tire, that makes the small tire car even better.Sure tubbed cars look tuff and all,but a small tire tucked up in the looks bad ass as well.

You'll probably see it there sooner or later. The new owner lives in Pottstown area, and says he'd like to put a big crate motor with a procharger in it,after he has some fun with the current motor.

Looking at it sitting on the trailer, it is much bigger looking then that Dakota they are pulling it with. I didnt think you could tow that much weight with a Dakota in the first place.

How much did you get for it?

It's just the angle of the pic, that was a V8 Dakota.
I'd rather not say out of respect for the new owner, but I got what I wanted for it,so I'm happy with that.

The day will come when you'll look back and say "I should have had my ass my ass kick for selling that car". You mark my words. That or your just not as crazy about your car as I am about mine. Mine is like a part of my family I've had it for so long. Your's is a very nice looking Chevelle, you'll be sorry. The money is nice for a little while but it won't fill the void that car will leave.

Just out of curiosity, what needed to be finished on it?? Looks good to me just like it is
It needed headliner installed, driver door and hood needed to be aligned, and the front header panel was perfect except that previous owner used an original el camino one,and it had the holes in the wrong location for the chevelle emblem, and it was currently glued on,didn't look bad,but you could see some of the holes up close. The motor was/is new,but been sitting in car for about 7+ years and only run to move car around,so in my opinion it needed to be gone through.

I don't think so.I never even drove the car in almost 4 years of owning it.The money will buy me something just as nice, and turnkey.I did way more stuff with my 70 prostreet nova, had it almost 7 years, and don't miss that car,and it was a much more radical car.
