The guy should have just painted the whole deck lid black. Also, it is painted 70 cortez silver, and not the correct 71 nevada silver. In one line the guy says the car the car has shoddy body work and paint work, and needs a ton of crap, then in another line says the car is sharp looking and turn key. Make up your mind already

yeah, the fronts are too wide, but as bad as the back. It's amazing, i looked at all the 70-72 cars on ebay, and about half or more get the stripes wrong

I imagine this is a topic that is often discussed, but is there a document, diagram, etc. that one can refer to in order to get them correct?
Thanks!
You can buy a Stencil Kit for very cheap, which makes it ridiculas that so many are wrong.

Talk about looking at a glass 1/2 full ! :noway:
I love this statement "Dash pad: EXCELLENT (couple of tiny surface cracks)"

Who, other than a dealer would diescribed a cracked dash as EXCELLENT :noway: once the surface is cracked its cracked

Thats like saying "Mother: VIRGIN (with a couple of small children)"

The bottom line is that it's no BB, but if you can pick it up for 10-12k you could do wonders with that car it's super shape. As long as body is ok and no major rust that car can be flipped in a heart beat. It's still a SS Chevelle paint is easy if body is good to go. But the owner must be a screw ball to pay some one to do it wrong.
