Goes through all the gears just fine shifts up and down perfectly but will not downshift when you punch it. Could this cracked vacuum hose be the culprit? Just noiticed the hose crack this morning.

Are you getting 12v + to the kickdown switch on the other side of the trans when flooring it? If not, there´s your problem !

Fix that crack as car will not upshift properly with a leak there. It will stay in gear too long at normal acceleration if there´s a leakage.
