A have a turbo350 that I put a b&m shift kit in sometime back. It shifted really hard. It would chirp the tires very easy. Even shifted hard into drive. Well fast forward. Trans needed rebuilding. So I got the Ron sessions book. Rebuilt it as per book. All new bushings, seals, frictions and steels.miked everything. All was within spec. End play was checked and in spec.installed back in car and took for a test drive. All good except it seems like my car is down on power. It don't seem to set u back in the seat like it did. And shift kit was installed the same but it don't shift as hard. Firm but not as harsh as before. Wish I actually like. Does it just need to break in and loosing up. Or is it just my inexperience at rebuilding. Thanks.
