I can only think of 1 time delay relay in the TCS system. The 71 uses 2 other relays in the A/C circuit. You have an A/C car? Maybe the 2 relays you are looking at are for the A/C circuit.
The TCS is a pain to get running properly. I by-passed mine because the parts are so difficult and expensive to find.
John_Muha- can you explain to me what it is the TCS does? Also, my assembly manual shows both a TCS Delay relay and a TCS Reversing relay! Any info on the function of this TCS circuit should shed some light on the need for two relays,Thanks!
This link should give you a short description of how the circuit works. Took me a while to remember this was discussed before. Seems there are some variations on how the 71 TCS circuit was laid out. My books only shoe 1 relay while other diagrams show 2. May want to talk to one of the 71 owners in this link and see how there car is laid out. http://www.chevelles.com/forum/Forum22/HTML/001465.html
