Tach hookup

I am new to wiring but would like to hook up a new autometer tach to my 66. Ground and coil wires are easy but how to I physically go about hooking up the ignition and dash light wires as these instruction say to do? web page

You can connect the power to the IGN FUSED terminal and the light to the LAMPS terminal both are on the fuse block.
