This is on a 90 chevy truck with 350.

Voltage checks across the battery...
With engine on and no accessories 14.08V
Right after shutting engine off 12.46V
After sitting for 10hrs 12.30V
On engine start up 6.03V

1)Is 0.14 excessive voltage drain after sitting for 10hrs?
2)Is the starter drawing too many amps on initial startup?
or
3)Could it be possible that the battery has a weak cell and it not show up on Autozone or Hilo's test equipment?

I compared the voltage drop to that of my sons chevy truck with a V6 and his drops from 12.40V to 10.5V on startup.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No

"2)Is the starter drawing too many amps on initial startup?"

Can't tell.

3)Could it be possible that the battery has a weak cell and it not show up on Autozone or Hilo's test equipment?

Try jumpering in another battery and see what results you get.

This is normal. The 10.5 volt reading is what you should expect. Voltage drop alone won't tell your if it is a battery problem or the starter. Try another battery and see what results you get.
