I have power steering but it is very loose. I was wanting to tighten it up but I dont know how. I couldnt find a steering section but since it is power steering I thought engine would be the next best place :D

Anyway by loose I mean that turning the wheel is way to easy. Also I would not mind replacing my power streering with non power steering. Would that be very costly or difficult?

Welcome to the world of A body power steering. You think that's bad, try a same era Chrysler product. The mfgs back then had some idea that only "weak women" drove their cars, thus the OVER ASSISTED power steering. There are some 'other' steering boxes with different valving that can get you closer to the "modern" feel. Would cost about the same as converting to manual steering.

Hmmm I how much would a manual setup cost me? Im sure it would free up some hp too and make the engine bay look cleaner. Do you think anyone would replace my power steering with manual and keep the power steering setup as pay? Since it would be worth more? Just an idea.
