Here is a picture of my original wheel.



Anyone ever repainted the shroud part? I'm getting pretty good with the masking tape, Exacto knife and SEM paint :D

Even restored, I think these wheels feel a little "skinny" in my hands. I'm thinking about one of the 4 spoke "sport" wheels. They seem plentiful on eBay , although it seems like the ones with the SS horn button go for a lot more than the bowtie ones on Camaros. Same wheel, right?

Or should I go aftermarket, like a Grant?

Any thoughts? Originallity isn't all that important, although I kind of like the idea of having the sport wheel that "could have" come with my car...

I have a real nice wheel just like that for sale but mine is black with the SS shroud. $75.00.

This is one issue with the new site, suggested threads appear below, the one replied to is from 2003. Can the old threads not be suppressed or archived?
