I remember a while back reading somewhere about a company that sold complete stainless boltkits for muscle cars. Anyone know the name of the company. Has anyone ever used a kit like this before? I would like to use a kit on my current car to replace some rusty stuff. I also thought it would be a good thing to do for the 68 L78 frame off i plan on doing. Thanks for the replies

You will just have to shop the want ads in the automotive Performance magazines. I have seen the ad also. If you live in or near a larger city, there should be at least one nut and bolt (fastener) dealer. If so, chances are they have a good inventory of SS fasteners. There is a good one here in Okla City and I buy a lot of SS nuts, bolts of all kinds. And if I can't get the right length I get SS allthread and cut it to length. Check the Yellow Pages for Fasteners, Nuts, Bolts. Be prepared, SS is NOT cheap. But it is worth it.
And then, buy yourself a buffer and compound and polish the bolt heads and nuts. Makes a class touch to your car, or boat.
